Do you have a catalog?
Because our inventory is always changing quickly, a catalog is not necessary. We encourage you to stop by frequently.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks (Under $100), and Cash.
Do you deliver?
We have a reputable service we can refer you to for deliveries.
Does Just like The Model have a return policy?
All sales are final. However, we do offer a 24-hour trial period for you to take home artwork, bedding, mirrors and rugs to see if it goes with your decor.
How do your prices compare to everyone else?
Our prices reflect a savings of typically 20% to 70% off the manufacturers suggested retail price. We are confident that our prices represent extraordinary value for extraordinary quality brand name furniture.
Can I place a special order?
Sometimes, though not usually. We never know just what our inventory will be, but we can usually tell our customers if the merchandise might still be available from the original vendor.
When are you getting your next shipment?
We receive shipments weekly! The quantity can vary from a few pieces up to several houses full of furniture, lamps, art, silk plants, bed linens, accessories, and more.
What are your business hours?
We are open Tuesday thru Saturday, from 10-AM to 5-PM. Sunday, 12pm-5pm. We are closed Monday.
Can you place items on hold for me?
Yes, we can hold merchandise after purchase for up to seven business days.
Can I put merchandise on layaway?
Due to storage limitations, we are unable to offer layaway.
